I was greeted as a new client warmly and happily upon walking in to the business. I had a day of being at 2 prior businesses and being treated rudely and nasty so it was refreshing! They and their groomer, Veronica went out of their way to accommodate my dogs for a groom that afternoon being completely last minute and usually impossible for same day. However they made it happen and were happy to do it! It was refreshing to experience great customer service again as I think it’s a dying thing these days! Veronica was an amazing groomer, so kind, gentle and patient in her approach to my dogs. I highly recommend not only for grooming but for the vet, we will be switching vets and seeing them for all our cares!

The best vet we have ever been to! First time patient and they fit us in very quickly and made us feel right at home. It’s been hard to find a vet that is good with cats but everyone here was incredible and kind! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Stegemoller is my hero. She and the vet tech helping her today (with the cool tattoo on the inside of her forearm) deserve all the awards. They were so incredibly kind and thoughtful. I am so grateful North Idaho Animal hospital leaves empty slots in their day for urgent needs. Everyone in the area is so busy right now with so many people having moved here I think, and I needed help with my dog's swelling, hives, and general misery. They were able to book me in in less than 20 minutes and then the vet tech and Dr. Stegemoller took such good care of Charles (and his worried mama). Answered all my questions, didn't rush, asked lots of good questions and were the best I've ever seen at helping my dog feel comfortable at the vet, his least favorite place. They got him a steroid injection for his allergic reaction and patiently explained how I can care for him! Thank you so so so much - I needed this after a sleepless night.

I brought my dog in yesterday to be seen for an emergency vet appointment. The staff were really kind and helpful and fit him in the same day. The vet was really knowledgeable and gentle! He’s already feeling so much better! I highly recommended them!

I want to say thank you! From the first phone call to every single person on staff today we are sincerely grateful! Our Pup needed some quick TLC and you guys delivered! I appreciate you treating our Loki like he was your own!! He’s on the mend!

They have amazing doctors and techs along with front office workers. Their urgent care walk in clinic has been so great for us as well as their ability to get an appointment scheduled in a timely fashion. The entire staff is knowledgeable and so kind! I highly recommend them!

They were extremely gracious and caring during our 15 year old pup's final hours. They ushered us in to a room right away to avoid any waiting room time, had very understanding staff who were extremely thoughtful, and provided a private exit after he had passed. They made a very hard time a bit easier. I appreciated it greatly.

Today I had an emergency visit with the vet office. I called ahead they texted me let me send them a video of the problem with my dog . To see if he needed to come see them before they could do that I decided myself to just go. I'm glad I did. They were very very thorough with my dog. I was afraid he had something stuck in his throat by the way he was acting. They took a lens for microscope put it on each side of his nostril to make sure both sides were working did a full thorough checkup of his throat and the outside everything that you would want them to do they did plus some. When I called them even when I was crying on the phone and couldn't really speak for a few minutes they just sat there and listened and waited until I could. A lot of places won't do that they just hurry you up and get you in and out. Anything I wanted them to do they did. Also I was very very scared for my dog's health when I went there. When I left, I was very comfortable with my dog's health because of what they diagnosed him as. I couldn't have asked for better service or better care for my animal. They listen to you they care what you have to say they care about your opinion. With all my animals I've been to numerous pets by far this is the best vet I've ever been to. I would recommend Sandpoint veterinary animal hospital to anyone and everyone. If you care about your pet, and I know you do then this is the place to go... Again thank you Sandpoint veterinary hospital you made this experience the best it could be.

Oh my gosh! What a lovely veterinarian. My dog needed surgery and they were able to get us in quickly. Very upfront and down to earth doctor. They took great care of my dog and explained everything to me. Clean and organized. The location is weird but easy to find. Highly recommend.

I just want to thank the staff here so much. From the very first call I ever made to them, they have been amazing with my cats. They are compassionate and not pushy at all. They do everything they can to give your pet the treatment they need and stay within your budget. We just lost our 11 month old cat, and they did everything possible to treat her in her final days. I ended up having to rush her to CDA where she spent her final moments. But I can’t say enough how grateful I am to the staff at VCA for how amazing they are with my pets, I never once felt judged. It is clear their priority is getting the pets care and even though we couldn’t save her in the end. Their kindness and compassion didn’t go unnoticed. I will continue to bring my living pets here again and again. Thank you! Rest in paradise Juno.
